From the M6 motorway, exit the M6 at junction 36 and continue along the A590 signposted Barrow.

There is a daily National Express Coach service to Kendal with a link via X6 to Barrow. Stagecoach in Cumbria and other Operators operate a comprehensive bus service between local towns and the Lake District. By Rail

All Council owned car parks are FREE on Sunday 29th August.
Hall Street & Fell Street car parks will be unavailable to vehicles as they are hosting the Funfair.
Oldham Street car park will be used by participants in the event and we expect there will be no space for visitor vehicles.

Disabled Parking & Viewing Area
Disabled parking will be available at the BDDA centre on School Street which will provide easy access to a disabled viewing area located by the start ramp. There will be limited spaces available in the disabled viewing area.
